For Ramadan
Wa
bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri ramadan
I
intend to keep the fast today in the month of
Ramadan
Allahumma
inni laka samtu wa bika aamantu wa 'ala rizq-ika
aftarthu
O
Allah! I fasted for You and i believe in You and i
break my fast with Your sustenance
Allahumma
inni as'aluka birahmatika al-lati wasi'at kulli
shay'in an taghfira li
O
Allah! I ask You by Your Mercy wich envelopes all
things, that You forgive me
(
a du'a that one of the companions used to say when
breaking his fast)
When
you are fasting and someone is rude to you
Inni
sa'iimu, inni sa'iimu
I
am fasting, i am fasting
Upon
sighting of the new moon
Allahu
akbar, Allahuma ahillahu 'alayna bil-amni
wal-imaani, was-salaamati, wal-islami,
wat-tawfeeqi lima tuhibbu Rabbana wa tardha.
Rabbuna wa RabbukAllahu
Allah
is the greatest. O Allahu bring us the new moon
with security and faith, with peace and in Islam,
and in harmony with what our Lord Loves and
what pleases Him. Our Lord and your Lord is Allah.
Hasbi
Allahu la illaha illa Huwa, alayhi tawakkaltu,
wa Huwa Rabbul arsh il adheem
Allah
is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of
worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him,
and He is the Lord of the Majestic Throne.
Du'a
al-Qunoot:
Allahumma
'hdinee fiman hadayta
wa
'aafinee fiman 'aafayta
wa
tawallanee fiman tawallayta
wa
baarik lee fima a'tayta
wa
qinee sharra maa qadayt
fa
innaka taqdee wa laa yuqdaa 'alayk
wa
innahu laa yudhillu man waalayta
wa
laa ya'izzu man 'aadayt
tabaarakta
Rabbanaa wa ta'aalayt
laa
majaa minka illa ilayk
O
Allah, guide me along with those whom You have
guided, pardon me along with those whom You have
pardoned, be an ally to me along with those whom
You are an ally to, and bless for me that wich You
have bestowed. Protect me from the evil You have
decreed for verily You decree and none can decree
over You. For surely, he whom You show allegiance
to is never abased and he whom You take an enemy
is never honored and mighty. O our Lord, Blessed
and Exalted are You. There is no refuge from You
except with You
Allahum-mahdinii
fiman hadaiyta, wa 'afini fiiman 'afaiyta, wa
tawal-lani fiman tawallaiyta, wa baarik li fima
a'ataiyta
O
Allah, guide me with those whom You have guided,
and strengthen me with those whom You have given
strength, and take me to Your care with those
whom You have taken to Your care and bless me in
what You have given.
Alhamdulillahi
aladhi ahyaana ba'da ma amaatana wa ilayhin an-nushur
Praise
be to Allah Who gives us life after He has
caused us to die and unto Him is the Return(du'a
for when you wake up)
Alhamdulillah
alladi 'afaani fi jasadi wa radda alaiyya ruhi
wa 'adhina li bidhikrihi
Praise
be to Allah Who gave strength to my body and
returned my soul to me and permitted me to
remember Him(du'a for when you wake up)
Allahumma
inni asbahtu minka fi ni'matiwwa 'afiyatiwwa
sitr fa atimma alayya ni'mataka wa 'afiyataka wa
sitraka fi dunya wal akhira
O
Allah, i rose up in the morning with blessings,
strength and concealment(of my deficiencies) all
from You. So complete all the blessings and
strength from You and the concealment for me in
this life and the Hereafter(du'a for when you
wake up)
Rabbana
atmim lana nurana wagfirlana innaka a'laa kulli
shay'in qadirun
Our
Rabb, perfect our Light for us and grant us
forgiveness, for You have power over all things.
(At-Tahrim:8)
Allahuma
fakama razaqtani mimma uhibbu faj'al-huquwwatan li
fima tuhibbu
O
Allah, just as You have granted me all that i've
loved let those things be helpful to me in the
performance of those deeds that You Love.
My
Rabb, increase me in knowledge
Rabbi
inni 'a'udhu bika an as-'alaka ma laysa li bihi 'ilm
wa illa tagfir li wa tarhamni akum-minal
khaa-sireen
My
Rabb, surely i seek refuge with You for asking You
that about wich i have no knowledge and if You do
not forgive me and have Mercy to me, i shall
become of the losers(11:47)
Alhamdulillah
iladhi hadana lihaza wa ma kunna linahtadiya
Praise
be to Allah Who has guided us to this(felicity)
never could we have found guidance, had it not
been for the guidance of Allah(Al-A'raf:43)
Allahuma
inna nas'aluka quluban awwahatan mukh-bitatan
munibatan fi sabilika
O
Allah! I ask for a heart wich is tender and humble
in Your way.
Allahuma
inni as'alukat-tawfiqa limahabbika minal a'amali
wa sid qattawakkuli alaika wa husnadh-dhanni bika
O
Allah! I seek Your assistance to perform the deeds
that You Love, and i ask for complete trust in
You, and a good belief in You.
Rabbana
ta-taqabbal minnaa innaka Antas-Samii ul-'Alim
Our
Rabb! accept from us. You indeed, You are the
All-Hearing, the All-Knowing
Qulillaa-humma
maalikal-mulki tu'til-mulka man tashaa-'u wa
tanzi-'ul-mulka mimman tashaa'. Wa tu-'izzu man
tashaa-'u wa tuzillu man tashaa' bi-yadikal-khayr.
Innaka 'alaa kulli shay-in Qadeer. Tuulijul-layla
fin-nahaari wa tuulijun-nahaara feel layl wa
tukhrijul-hayya minal mayyiti wa tukhrijul-mayyita
minal hayyi wa tarzuqu man tashaa-'u bi gayri
hisaab.
Say:
"O Allah! Master of the Kingdom! You give the
kingdom to whom You please, and You snatch the
kingdom from who You please; and You exalt whom
You please and You abase whom You please. In Your
Hand is all good. Surely You are Possessor of
power over all things. You cause the night to
merge into the day, and You cause the day to merge
into the night; and You bring forth the living out
of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the
living; and You give sustenance to whom You please
without reckoning!"(3:25-26)
Rabbi
a'udhu bika min hamazaatish- shayaatini wa a'udhu
bika Rabbi any-yahzuruun
My
Rabb! I take refuge with You from the prompting of
the evil-ones; and i take refuge with You, O Rabb!
lest they come up to me. (23:97-98)
Rabbi
qad aatay-tanee minal-mulki wa allam-tanee min
ta'-weelil 'ahadees faatir assamawati wal-arz anta
wa liyii fi dunya wal-'akhirati ta-waffanee
musliman wa 'al-hiqnee bis-saaliheen
My
Rabb! You have already given me of the kingdom and
taught me the interpretation of the narratives;
Originator of the heavens and the earth! You are
my Protector in this world and the Hereafter. Make
me die as a Muslim, and join me with the
righteous. (12:101)
Rabbana
aghfirlee wa li-waali-dayya wa lil mu'mi-neena
yawma yaquu-mul-hisaab.
Our
Rabb! protect me and my parents and the Believers
on the day when the reckoning is set up. (14-41)
Rabbi
arhamhumaa kamaa rabbayaani saghiraa.
O
Lord! Love my parents as they have loved me since
i was young.
Allahuma
allif baina qullubaina wa aslih dhata bainina
wahdina subuul as-salami wanjjina min
adh-dhulumati il an-nuur.
O
Allah! Cause Love between our hearts, and improve
our mutual relations and guide us to the paths of
peace and security: taking us out of darkness, and
guided towards the Light(of faith).
Allahuma
ar-zuqni hubbaka wa hubba man yan fa'ani hubbuhu
indaka
O
Allah! Grant me Your Love, and the love of that
person, whose love would benefit me in Your
presence.
O
Allah! Change my restlessness into peace
Allahuma
aghfirlana wa lil mu'minina wal mu'minaati, wa
aslih-hum, wa salih dhati bayynihim, wa allif
baina quluubihim, waj'al fi quluubi himul imaana
wal hikmata, wa ansurhum 'ala 'aduw-wika wa 'aduwwihim.
O
Allah! Forgive us, and the beleiving men and
women, and remove their faults, and cause peace
and love among their hearts, and infuse into their
hearts a firm faith and wisdom, and let them be
voctorious over Your enemies and their enemies.
Allahuma
rahmataka arju falaa takilni illa nafsi tarfata 'aiiuan
wa as-ih-li sha'ni kuulahu, la illaha illa Anta
O
Allah, i hope for Your Mercy, do not leave me to
myself even for the blinking of an eye.
Allahuma
inni as'aluka khair ad- du'a wa khair an-najahi wa
khair al-ilmi wa khair al-'amali wa khair
ath-thawaabi
O
Allah, verily i ask You for the best supplication
and the best success, and the best deed and the
best reward.
La
ilaha ilAllahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul
Mulku, wa lahul Hamd, wa Huwa ala kulli shay'in
Qadeer. SubhanAllahi, wal-Hamdulillahi wa la
illaha ilAllahu, wa Allahu Akbar, wa la Hawla wa
la Quwwata illa Billah il'aliyyal 'adheem,
Rabbighfirli
There
is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, Who has
no partner. His is the dominion and to Him belongs
all Praise, and He is able to do all things. Glory
be unto Allah. Praise be to Allah. There is none
worthy of worship but Allah. Allah is
theGreatest. There is no Might and Power except by
Allah's leave, the Exalted, the Mighty. My Lord,
Forgive me.
Allahuma
anta Rabbi la ilaha illa Ant. khalaqtaani wa ana
abduka wa ana 'ala ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'at.
andh bika min sharri ma sana't. abu'u laka bi
ni'matika alayya wa'bu'u bidhanbi faghfirli fa
innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa Ant
O
Allah! You are my Lord, there is no deity but You,
You created me and i am Your servant and i am
trying my best to keep my oath(of faith) to You
and to seek to live in the hope of Your
Promise. I seek Refuge in You from my greatest
evil deeds. I acknowledge Your Blessings upon me
and my sins. So forgive me, for none but You can
forgive sins.
Allahumma
ajirni min an-naar
O
Allah! Save me from the fire.
